The machine employs horizontal layout. The machine is NC one, of which two servo shafts and a spindle are controlled by electric-hydraulic system. The machine adopts NUM Co.'s CNC system. The spindle motor may realize stepless speed governing. The machine has the functions of peripheral speed compensation ion of grinding wheel and grinding at high peripheral speed,as well as high reliability.
All parts of the machine have high rigidity, high accuracy indexing plate is used for indexing,common grinding wheel or CBN grinding wheel may be used in grinding workpieces. So the machine is especially suitable to batch process.
Intensive cooling system, complete cooling filtering system and full closing guards are employed.
Static sucking oil fog system and constant temperature cooling system for spindle can prevent environment from polluting and ensure that the machine runs stably.
